Welcome to KENTICKETING! By purchasing, reserving, or using our ticket concierge or resale services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Service Overview
KENTICKETING provides ticket sourcing, concierge, and resale services for concerts, sporting events, theater performances, and other live experiences. We act as an independent service and are not affiliated with any official venue, performer, or event organizer.
2. Ticket Availability & Pricing
Ticket prices may vary from the original face value based on market demand and availability. All prices are confirmed at the time of purchase. Availability is not guaranteed until payment is processed and order confirmation is received.
3. Orders & Payments
All sales are final. Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be canceled or refunded unless an event is officially canceled without a rescheduled date. Payment must be made in full at the time of booking.
4. Event Changes & Cancellations
If an event is postponed or rescheduled, your tickets will remain valid for the new date. If an event is canceled and not rescheduled, KENTICKETING will provide a refund or credit in accordance with the event organizer’s policy.
5. Delivery of Tickets
Tickets will be delivered electronically, by mail, or through verified transfer depending on the event and venue requirements. KENTICKETING is not responsible for delivery delays caused by third-party platforms or carriers.
6. Liability
KENTICKETING is not responsible for event cancellations, postponements, or any personal injury, loss, or damage incurred while attending an event. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for your ticket purchase.
7. Conduct
You agree to comply with all venue rules and event policies. Any violation may result in denial of entry or removal without refund.
8. Privacy
